We auto-detect leads from 15+ platforms including Thumbtack, HomeAdvisor, Angi, Yelp, Porch, Bark, Nextdoor, Houzz, TaskRabbit, and Google Local Services Ads. But here's the thing — any platform that sends you a lead via email works. Just forward it, and our system scores and classifies it automatically. You can also add leads manually, and Enterprise customers can push leads from any source via the webhook API or REST API.

Every lead gets a score from 0 to 100 based on nine configurable factors: budget vs. market rates, timeline urgency, distance to your service area, repeat customers, contact completeness, property type, project detail depth, preferred platforms, and location match. You can adjust the weight of each factor or disable the ones that don't apply. We also flag "Great Deal" or "Caution" based on whether the budget is realistic. To be clear: we don't generate leads or promise better leads from platforms — that's up to Thumbtack, Angi, etc. What we do is help you instantly see which leads are worth your time so you can respond faster to the good ones.

Yes! On Team and Enterprise plans, you can invite members, assign custom roles with granular permissions, assign leads to specific people, and see team-wide analytics. Everyone gets their own login but shares the same lead pipeline.
